POLICE carrying out a raid on a property discovered a cannabis farm, with an estimated value of £100,000.
Officers made the find when executing a drugs warrant at an address on Atholl Avenue, in Stretford on Saturday.
The plants have been seized and destroyed and a man was arrested.
Posting on Facebook, GMP Trafford North, stated: "These have been seized and destroyed. A male was located inside the property and arrested.
" I know a lot of you guys have views on cannabis and the legality of it but this guy we believe may have been trafficked." The Border Agency have been informed.
