A NEW artisan market is set to be launched in Sale.

The Sale Makers Market will be held on Sunday, June 16 from 11am to 4pm along School Road and into The Square Shopping centre.

The event has been organised by The Sale Partnership and The Makers Market, the leading artisan market company in the North West of England.

The pop up event will showcase awardwinning local food, drink, art, craft producers and vintage artisans, as well as music, performance, cookery demonstrations and activities for our mini market visitors.

The market will be on the third Sunday of every month.

People who love unique art, quirky modern craft or vintage will be inspired by the Sale Makers Market, say organisers.

Food lovers are invited to wstroll around the market, meet producers and sample the delights on offer.
