GREATER Manchester Police Big Band will roll back the years in July at a concert in Bolton to raise cash for international humanitarian causes.

The evening of foot-tapping music from the swing era to modern-day classics takes place at the Old Links Golf Club, in Chorley Old Road, on Sunday, July 7.

Organised by the Bolton Lever Rotary Club, money raised will go towards Rotary International’s effort towards fighting diseases, poverty and building communities across the globe.

Start time for the event is 5.30pm for 6pm and includes a hot buffet. Tickets cost £22 per adult, with children under 12 charged £12.
