DEMOLITION work will have to be carried out at Dave's Carpet Warehouse after the building was ravaged by fire.
The blaze started at the site in Darnley Street shortly before 5am on Friday.
At the height of the blaze, 10 fire engines were deployed and 45 people were evacuated from neighbouring properties.

Over the weekend, fire crews dampened down the final hot spots.
