HALE Golf Club lady captain Caroline Perkin has the perfect recipe for raising funds for St Ann's Hospice.
Caroline has been is selling a cook book compiled from recipes submitted by lady members to support her chosen charity during her year of office.
In an effort to raise even more money, she also held an afternoon tea at the club, attended by members, including Jean Ormerod and Averil Hart. Both these ladies are volunteers at St Ann's where Averil has been helping out since 1976.
They were joined by hospice volunteer ambassador Judith Lacy who spoke of the charity's role in the community.
