A DRIVER was arrested after crashing a car and failing a drug test.
The black BMW he was driving crashed in Astley Bridge on Tuesday morning.
Police officers from the Bolton North division tweeted that they had arrested the 18-year-old male driver for aggravated vehicle taking, not having a driving licence or car insurance and for failing a roadside drug test.
Officers used a DrugWipe test which uses a saliva sample to check for cannabis and cocaine. The driver tested positive for cocaine.
