AN ALTRINCHAM home care company has been given the thumbs up by its clients.

Home Instead Senior Care, which specialises in relationship-led care for older people, received glowing reviews in a recent satisfaction survey.

The care home received an overwhelming seal of approval with 94 per cent of clients recommending the home care provider.

The independent survey results also revealed that 95 per cent felt their caregiver was well matched to them and 94 per cent said their caregiver always arrives on time.

The survey also questioned caregivers and revealed that 99 per cent would recommend Home Instead Senior Care’s services and 100 per cent felt motivated to go above and beyond what was required of them.

Alan Savage, owner of Home Instead Senior Care (Altrincham & Sale) said: “We take client and caregiver satisfaction very seriously, it sits at the heart of everything we do.

"I am so proud of all the team at Home Instead Altrincham who work so hard to ensure that we are delivering on what we promise.

"Home Instead Senior Care is all about helping to improve the quality of life for older people by allowing them to stay at home for longer and ultimately live happier, more comfortable and enjoyable lives.

"We match clients and caregivers through shared interests and visit times are a minimum of an hour, allowing time to build meaningful relationships.

"We are delighted with the results of the survey and we will continue to excel as a relationship-led home care provider.”

Dennis Brown, aged 86, said: “I would be lost without my caregiver Riitta, I love the time that we spend together and I really look forward to her visits.

"She takes me to Vibrant Voices Dementia Choir at the Bowdon Rooms every week. I have always loved to sing. I hope everyone there enjoys my singing as much as I love to sing!”.

The Altrincham office of Home Instead Senior Care is part of a national network of 195 independently owned and operated offices.

More than 6,000 caregivers and 5,000 clients across the network were questioned as part of the annual survey by Smith+Henderson.
