POLICE are appealing for the public’s help in hunting down three robbers who attacked a member of staff at an Old Trafford store.
CCTV has been released by Trafford detectives after a shop was raided the thieves storm into Price Wise in Stretford Road, Old Trafford, on Thursday, July 19, at 10.30pm.
The thugs demanded money, cigarettes and alcohol after attacking the member of staff, in his 40s, who suffered injuries to his head and back.
Anyone who recognises the people in the CCTV or has any information linked to the robbery is being asked to contact police.
Detective Constable Stuart Rostron, of GMP’s Trafford Borough, said: “A large quantity of products were taken from the shop but thankfully, the shop worker escaped without a more serious injury.
“Please take time to study the footage and let us know as soon as possible if you recognise the people or have any information that could help us.”
