Man charged after fatal collision in Trafford
A MAN has been summonsed to court following a fatal collision in Trafford.
Darren Waul, 47, of Chepstow Avenue, Sale has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving without due care and driving whilst unfit through drugs.
He has been summonsed to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 14
Shortly after 7.55am on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, police were called to reports of a collision involving a black Ford Fiesta and a pedestrian on Barton Road.
An 80-year-old woman was taken to hospital where she died from her injuries a few weeks later.
