A TRAFFORD FC player whose life was saved after colliding with hoardings last week returned to watch his colleagues beat their latest opponents at the weekend.
Striker Danny Frost was injured playing in a crucial Evo Stik North play-off match against Colwyn Bay which left him unconscious after swallowing his tongue but was saved by assistant referee Zharir Mustafa, who gave the borough player first-aid.
Although still under orders from the hospital not to play, Danny turned up to show his support for his teammates as they beat Ramsbottom United 2-1 on Saturday.
