THE Trafford Centre is set to host to the world’s first bed speed-dating event tomorrow, after research into the city’s sleeping habits revealed that a quarter of people get less than five hours sleep a night.
The research comes in during National Bed Month in a study commissioned by bed firm Silentnight and involving Leeds University.
Silentnight has employed a sleep expert Dr Nerina Ramlakhan, who is taking the city’s poor relationship with sleep into her own hands by hosting the world’s first bed speed-dating event in a bid to help Trafford fall back in love with sleep.
Dr Nerina is inviting residents to find their perfect mattress match and join her for a one-on-one sleep consultation to solve all matter of sleep troubles from 11am until 10pm, at The centre’s Lower Peel Avenue.
