William James Blower
POLICE are trying to trace William James Blower, from Trafford, is wanted in connection with breaching two restraining orders and criminal damage.
Despite a number of arrest attempts, Blower, aged 31, has not been found and police say he is actively evading custody.
He is wanted in connection with three incidents on January 7, February 10 and 11, including a door being smashed to a house in south Manchester.
Anyone who knows where Blower is, or who recognises him, should immediately report it to police by calling 101.
