SUPER: Darren Marsden's shot of the moon
PHOTOGRAPHER Darren Marsden took this striking picture of the super blue blood moon last night.
Darren had been waiting to photograph the event — two full moons in a calendar month and the moon reaching its closest point to earth — but had been hampered by the weather.
His determination paid off when he captured this image during a brief break in the clouds.
