ALTRINCHAM Synchronised Skating Team enjoyed a triple success at the recent Welsh and West competition in Cardiff.
The adult team, Bladerunners, skated off with a gold medal in their category and the Silverblades team, competing in the mixed age category won a silver medal.
The Whizzkids, the youngest team, won gold and achieved a personal best score.
Sally Greenway, a member of Bladerunners said: "It's a great start to the season, it was the first trip out for the team and we'll be going to the British championships in January. We're hoping to gain in medals and gain in points as the season progresses."
The Whizzkids team is made up of nine to 13 year olds, Silverblades features skaters aged 21 and under and Bladerunners are made up of skaters aged 18 and above.
The Bladerunners won silver at this year's British championships held in Nottingham in January.
