SINGER and X-Factor mentor Sinitta, the ‘real’ housewives of Cheshire along with Coronation Street’s Simon Gregson were just some of the stars attending a glittering launch party in Knutsford this week.

The VIP event was held at a new 'wellness clinic' - Reviv Cheshire – on King Street.

Knutsford Guardian:

A new phenomenon in the UK, Reviv offer ‘IV treatments’ – an intravenous drip or booster shot of vitamins that can help prevent you getting ill, give you a much-needed boost, cure a hangover (yes really!), alleviate depression or give you a helping hand in weight loss, all administered by Reviv’s medical experts.

Already thriving in Miami and New York, Reviv only opened its London clinic in October and now the Cheshire clinic is up and running, there are plans to open in Dubai.

Sinitta, 51, who shot to fame in the eighties with classic pop hits such as ‘So Macho’ and ‘Toy Boy’, is a big fan of the treatments at Reviv.

“It has changed my life! My skin, hair, nails – everything feels better and it’s so rejuvenating that I now have one every week,” she said. “It’s nice to be here in Knutsford too – it’s just so lovely.”

She has recommended the treatments - which start at £149 - to all of her family and friends, including Simon Cowell.

“All of the judges and contestants on the last series of X-Factor were having IV ‘Megaboost’ treatments the day before all of the filming. It was amazing and kept everyone on top form.”

Sinitta also reminisced about the last time she was in Cheshire, when she stayed with actor Bruce Jones as they both took part in the TV reality series ‘Wife Swap’ in Alderley Edge.

“It was a bit difficult to begin with, but I got to be Mrs Battersby for the week and we actually ended up getting on really well, although I must admit I was glad to get home!”

Sinitta now plans to get her musical sitcom, based on her life story, into production as well as launching a new website based on health, beauty and nutrition.

Knutsford Guardian:

Joining her at the launch was Magali Gorre, star of Real Housewives of Cheshire, which could return for a second series later this year.

“Cheshire is very much the place to be – it is a special area,” she said. “People here will enjoy this – they like to spend money!”

Elsewhere, singer Harry Styles was spotted in The Knutsford Wine Bar – one of his favourite haunts when he’s home visiting family and friends.
