MASKED robbers threatened staff with a machete and stole cash from a Flixton service station last night.
Two thieves entered the Manor Village Service Station at 7.45pm on Wednesday, January 28.
A police spokesman said: “Two offenders threatened a female member of staff and demanded access to money. They took about £200.”
The pair left the scene on foot down the side of the garage.
The first offender is described as white, stocky build, about 5ft 7ins tall and around 30-years-old. He had black stockings pulled over his face and hands and was wearing a dark track suit top and grey jogging bottoms.
The second offender is described as 6ft, slim, around 30-years-old and was wearing similar clothes. He spoke with a local accent and was carrying a long knife with a curved blade, thought to be a machete.
