SLADE Janet 10/11/1949 - 16/7/2022 Stuart, her husband, wishes to inform you that Janet died suddenly and peacefully in Leeds General Infirmary having taken ill on holiday in Harrogate. Janet was a well known actress on the amateur stage especially the Altrincham Garrick Playhouse and Northenden Players. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The Funeral Service will take place at Altrincham Crematorium at 2.30pm on Friday, 19th August. Casual, colourful attire is requested. No flowers please but donations welcomed in her memory to Guide Dogs for Blind People and/or St. Ann's Hospice.
