KATIE CHRISTOPHERSON The family of the late Katie Christopherson wish to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their kindness, support, messages, cards, flowers and donations to Manchester Mind and St Ann's Hospice, received in her memory. Special thanks to the Reverend Kevin Johnson for leading the Thanksgiving Service and to Kenneth Dewey & Sons, Hale for their funeral arrangements.
