Mariah Carey has apologised to fans after she was forced to cancel part of her tour in South America.
The I Want To Know What Love Is singer blamed promoter negligence for the cancellation and said she was “devastated”.
Shows in Chile, Argentina and Brazil were cancelled, with Mariah promising to “do everything I can” to return to Latin America in 2017.
She blamed promoters, adding her “fans deserve better than how some of these promoters treated them”.
Mariah is set to go ahead with performances in the US over the winter, with five performances of the annual All I Want For Christmas Is You concert series taking place in New York in December.
The singer’s management has been contacted for comment.
