The London home of rock star Jimi Hendrix has been restored to look as it would have when he lived there between 1968 and 1969.
The flat in Brook Street in London’s Mayfair area now features his bedroom complete with guitar, record collection, song lyrics and some groovy interior decor.
Jimi moved into the apartment in the summer of 1968 with then-girlfriend Kathy Etchingham – who has helped to redecorate it exactly how it was 48 years ago.
It was only a short while later, in September 1970, that Jimi died at the age of 27. He would now be 73.
