Wow, where to begin. We bought this Victorian 1870's 3-bed property in 2018. For a terraced house, it is a deceivingly spacious. 2 really good size double bedrooms and a 3rd smaller bedroom that we use as an office - but you could still comfortably get a double bed in there and make it a spare room. The house needed so much doing to it. It had been unloved for many years - but we saw it had great potential. Both of us have a real keen eye for interior design, and we have put our heart and soul into it (and a lot of money!). It is absolutely stunning and we get numerous comments about it. The list is endless. It really is beautiful. I really feel we struck the right balance of making it contemporary - but definitely keeping some stunning original Victorian features. Will be very sad to say goodbye to the house as it has been a real labor of love. But - due to a change in our relationship, we need to go our separate ways - but want somebody else to love the house, which they will. Someone will fall in love with the house in an instant.  Stunning hallway Victorian floortiles (hallway is my favourite room). The cellar is a great addition - perfect for storage - and the possibilities are endless in what the room can be turned into. The house has recently had a new state of the art 'smart' alarm system fitted and has outside CCTV front and back - which will all be left and will be included in the price. Location wise couldn't be any better either ... right in the centre of the beautiful historic market town of Sandbach. This house will sell fast ... I'm a million percent confident of that. Happy to negotiate a deal to leave the stunning plantation shutters, blinds, and some of the beautiful light fittings.

Update = in 12 hours of the lisiting going live, the house has generated considerable interest! Houses are going off the market as quickly as they are going on. To be transparent, ideally, we would like a cash buyer / investor with no chain. We have in our heads a completion date to aim for being = Monday 20th December 2021.
