Notice is hereby given that Hale Country Club Limited has applied to Trafford Counci I Licensing Authority for a variation of its Premises Licence pursuant to S.34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Hale Country Club, Clay Lane, Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 7AF. This application is for a variation of the premises licence in respect of outside events in the area outlined in yellow on the premises licence plan to extend the permitted hours for licensable activities including; films, recorded and live music, performance of dance and similar entertainment, sale of alcohol and late night refreshments by one hour until 01:00am and opening hours until 01:30am on up to two events in any one calendar year and to include the provision of recorded music during event hours and amend the existing condition at Annex 3, condition 6(i) to reduce the total number of outside events from 10 to 8 per annum. Accordingly a new condition 6(i) shall read: "6.i. There would be a maximum of two events per annum between the hours of 10:00am and midnight, a maximum of two further events per annum between the hours of 10:00am and 01:00am; and a maximum of four further events between the hours of 10:00am and 19:00pm. Only 2 outside events finishing after 19.00pm shall be allowed per calendar month." Any person who wishes to raise a representation/submit comments to this application may do so by giving notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address shown above, giving in detail grounds of representation/objection on or before 16th May 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
