Applicant Brothers Burgers Leigh Ltd. Premises: 23 Chapel Street, Leigh WN7 2PB. Proposed Activities: Sale by Retail of Alcohol (on/off sales) 1000 to 2200hrs Mon-Sunday. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WNI INJ (9am to 5pm weekdays). Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk. Any person or responsible authority may make represen­tations about the application no later than 29 March 2019. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
