Punch Taverns Limited has applied for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Railway, 2 Bridge Street, Ramsbottom, BLO 9AQ for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to add a new dispense point and to licence the external area in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing number 1884-501). In support of the application the premises licence holder proposes to offer the following conditions: When the external bar/ servery is in use, it shall be constantly supervised. Any outside areas are to be monitored and supervised by management and staff, when occupied, during the hours that the premises are open to the public; No glasses or drinking vessels shall be left in public areas at the end of each service session and regular glass/container collection shall occur during all service periods to ensure no redundant drinking vessels are left out The area outside of the premises will be swept at the end of every ser­vice period to ensure any broken glass or other potentially harmful material is cleared from any public thoroughfare. The external area will close to the public every day at 23:00. The application also seeks to extend the opening hours of the premises from 08:00 every day to allow the premises to offer breakfast service only (no sale of alcohol). Locations of fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans reg­ulations is indicative only and subject to change at any time.


All the other operating times, licensable activities and conditions autho­rised by the existing Premises Licence to remain unaltered. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 4 March 2019, to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Office at Bury Council, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street Bury, BL9 0EJ Email: licensing@bury.gov.uk where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours.


It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly moke a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary con-rico'on to an unlimited fine.
