LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Hall and Woodhouse Limited has applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council tor the grant of a premises licence tor the premises to be known as "Hall & Woodhouse," Kempshott Island Site, Beggarwood Lane Basingstoke. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises between 07:00 and 00:15 hours the day following every day, other than New Year's Eve when the terminal hour will be 00:45 hours the next day and the provision of late night refreshment for a further 15 minutes each day. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH no later than 10th August 2018. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council at the above address (or www.basingstoke.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
