(WAITING LIMITED TO 1 HOUR, NO RETURN ONE HOUR) MONDAY -SATURDAY (9.00AM - 5.00PM)

Brooksmouth, Bury - East side, from a point 9 metres south-west of the projected southerly kerbline of Heys Street for a distance of 25 metres in a south-westerly direction

INTRODUCTION OF NO WAITING, MONDAY - FRIDAY (8.00AM -6.00PM)

Brooksmouth, Bury - East side, from a point 34 metres south-west of the projected southerly kerbline of Heys Street for a distance of 5 metres in a south-westerly direction

This Order replaces the experimental limited waiting order relating to the above and the provisions will be made permanent from 13 July 2018.

A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 13 July 2018 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 13 July 2018 apply to the High Court for that purpose. THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (NORTH BACK PRINCESS STREET, BURY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING, AND REVOCATION OF EXISTING WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows :-Introduction of no loading at any time restrictions and no waiting at any time North Back Princess Street, Bury - Both sides, from the north-east kerbline of Market Parade for a distance of 18 metres in a north-easterly direction (from Market Parade to the car park barrier) Revocation of no waiting at any time

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BUTTERSTILE LANE AND LOWTHER ROAD, PRESTWICH) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

? Butterstile Lane, Prestwich - between Bury New Road and Agecroft Road West (implemented in two phases - 1) Bury New Road to Sandy Lane, 2) Sandy Lane to Agecroft Road West)



? Lowther Road, Prestwich - between Lowther Close and Shrewsbury Road



The reason for the proposed order is to enable carriageway resurfacing works and installation of traffic calming features to be carried out.

? The alternative route will be Phase one - via Bury New Road Hilton Lane and Sandy Lane and vice versa. Phase two - via Sandy Lane Hilton Lane and Butterstile Lane and vice versa



? Via Lowther Road, Shakespeare Road, Scott Road, Shelley Road and St Ann's Road and vice versa.



The proposed Order will come into operation on Monday 23 July 2018 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 4 weeks on Butterstile Lane and one week on Lowther Road.
