Notice under Article 15(3) of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)

Application tor Planning Permission Accompanied bv an Environmental Statement

Application No: 2017/31757 Proposal: Full Planning application (Major) - Demolition of all existing on-site buildings and structures and construction of a National Distribution Centre building (Use Class B8) with ancillary office accommodation (Class B1 (a)), vehicle maintenance unit, vehicle washing area, internal roads, gatehouse, parking areas, perimeter fencing, waste management area, susta150x56inable urban drainage system, landscaping, highways improvements and other associated works. (Environmental Impact Assessment application) Location: Land North of Barleycastle Lane, Appleton Thorn Applicant: Liberty Properties Developments Ltd & Eddie Stobart

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may be of public interest under the terms of Article 15(4) or (5) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it under the terms of Article 15(2)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

The application may be inspected on-line at www.warrington.gov.uk or at Warrington Borough Council Customer Contact Centre, 26-30 Horsemarket Street, Warrington, WA11 XL between the hours of 9.00-17.00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & 9.00-16.00 on a Tuesday.

Any correspondence received will be open to public inspection or referred to in meetings open to the public.
