BURY COUNCIL SECTION 67 AND 73 OF THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 GIVE NOTICE THAT a planning application has been received in respect of the following:-
Planning Application affecting Rowlands/Brooksbottoms Conservation Area & affecting Grade II Listed Building & affecting Public Right Of Way
Location: Kay Street Bridge, Summerseat, Ramsbottom, Bury, BL9 6BU Proposal: Widening works on the upstream side of Kay Street Bridge, Summerseat, to provide a segregated single carriageway and pedestrian footway (Bridge Extension)

Application Affecting a Grade II Listed Building
Location: The Old Tithebarn, Tithebarn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2PY Proposal: Change of use from retail (Class Al) to MOT station and motor vehicle repairs (Class B2)
Applicant: B&G MOT Centre Limited Application Number: 62866
