NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Warrington Borough Council intends to take a surrender of part of a lease consisting of part of the school playing field at Blackbrook Avenue, Blrchwood Way, University Academy Warrington from the Academy and change the use from part of school playing field to public highway as an improvement to Birchwood Way. Detailed information on the project Including construction plans can be found at www.warrlngton.gov.uk/WE2. The Land is described for Identification purposes In the Schedule to this notice and shown edged red on the plans referred to. The plans and details of the proposal are available for inspection during normal office hours by contacting, Nigel Poole, Property & Estate Management Department, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH.
Any views on the intended surrender and change of use must be made In writing and addressed to Mr Poole at the above address to be received no later than 8th June 2018. Your written comments will be available for any member of public to see on demand and an analysis of comments received will be forwarded to the Secretary of State as part of applications for consent to the proposal.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
ALDER ROOT LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Alder Root Lane from its junction with Alder Lane to the Borough Boundary with St. Helens.
The Order will be effective from Monday 14th May 2018 for 4 days between the hours of 10pm and 6am, when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative route for eastbound traffic will be via Hollins Lane, Newton Road, Mill Lane, Church Street, High Street, Crow Lane East and vice versa. The alternative route for westbound traffic will be via Alder Lane, Fir Tree Lane, Lumber Lane, Collins Green Lane, Penkford Lane, Pennington Lane, Common Road, Crow Lane West, Crow Lane East and vice versa.
The closure is required to allow Network Rail to carry out bridge examination works.

WINWICK ROAD BUS GATE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on the Winwick Road Bus Gate from its junction with Silver Street to its junction with the A49 Winwick Road.
The Order will be effective from Monday 7th May 2018 for 2 weeks between the hours of 7pm and 1am on Monday to Friday, when the relevant signs are in place on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative route will be via Pinners Brow and Lythgoes Lane.
The closure is required to allow carriageway resurfacing of the bus lane including associated road markings.
