NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Ashley Bridge, Ashley Road, Knutsford
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows.
Prohibition of traffic-Ashley Bridge, Ashley Road, Knutsford
From Ashley Bridge to Full extent of the bridge The alternative route will be via Ashley Road, Cow Lane, Back Lane, Tanyard Lane, Castle Mill Lane, Mill Lane, Wilmslow Road, Hale Road, Park Road and visa versa which is considered the most suitable route.
The closures will be in place for 24 hours a day This order will come into operation on Tuesday 3rd April 2018 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Sunday 15th April 2018.
