(PROHIBITION OF DRIVING & FOOTWAY CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which was to introduce a prohibition of driving and footway closure on Admirals Road from Its junction with Ordnance Avenue to its junction with Curlew Grove.

The Order was effective from Monday 4th December 2017 for 1 week between the hours of 9:30am to 3:30pm, Monday

to Friday, however as a result of safety issues the works were unable to be completed and a further closure Is required

on Thursday 11th January 2018 to Friday 12th January 2018 to allow for completion of the works. Access will be under the control

of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.

The alternative route will be via Ordnance Avenue, Admirals Road and vice versa.

The restrictions are required to undertake highway improvement works involving carriageway surfacing.

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTION 119 NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER (CROFT FOOTPATH NO.11) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2017

On 4th January 2018 Warrington Borough Council confirmed the above Order.

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the footpath from a point on the footpath approximately 588 metres along the footpath from its junction with Heath Lane at O.S. grid reference SJ6370894781 running in a generally easterly direction to a point on the footpath at O.S. grid reference SJ6386394797 to a new line from a point of the footpath approximately 588 metres along the footpath from its junction with Heath Lane at O.S. grid reference SJ6370894781 running south easterly into the adjoining field then in a generally easterly direction along a crushed stone surfaced footpath near the field edge then turning northerly to leave the field then north easterly to rejoin the footpath at O.S. grid reference SJ6386394797.

A copy of the confirmed order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Contact Warrington, 28 Horsemarket Street, Warrington from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be bought there at the price of £1.00.

The Order comes into force 28 days from the date of confirmation of the order but the diverted line will not be stopped up until the date of certification of works to the surface of the new footpath if later, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the date on which the notice is first published, apply to the High Court.

BARROW HALL LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Barrow Hall Lane from its junction with Mill Lane to its junction with Park Road.

The Order will be effective from Monday 19th February 2018 for 5 days as and when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works, however access to properties within the area will be maintained. The alternative route will be via Park Road, Lingley Green Avenue and vice versa.

The closure is required to allow for the replacement of the traffic calming measures on Barrow Hall Lane to the south of Mill Lane. DATED 11th January 2018 Ref: HIGH/1810

The effect of which will be as follows: -Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway

Burtonwood Road (northbound traffic) - From its junction with Westbrook Way/Whittle Avenue roundabout to its junction with Charon Way.

Burtonwood Road (southbound traffic) - From its junction with the M62 Junction 8 gyratory to its junction with Charon Way. Burtonwood Road (southbound traffic) - From its junction with the M62 Junction 8 to its junction with Westbrook Way/Whittle Avenue roundabout.

Kingswood Road - From its junction with Burtonwood Road to its junction with Herald Avenue. Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit

Burtonwood Road - From its junction with Whittle Avenue/Westbrook Way roundabout to the M62 Junction 8. Temporary 10 mph Speed Limit (involving the use of a convoy vehicle)

Burtonwood Road - From its junction with Whittle Avenue/Westbrook Way roundabout to the M62 Junction 8. Temporary Prohibition of Right Turn

Kingswood Road - To prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Kingswood Road from making a right hand turn into Burtonwood Road. Temporary Footway Closure

Burtonwood Road (southern footway) - From its junction with the M62 Junction 8 to its junction with Westbrook Way/Whittle Avenue roundabout.

Burtonwood Road (northern footway) - From its junction with Westbrook Way/Whittle Avenue roundabout to its junction with the M62 Junction 8.

Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Burtonwood Road) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2003 in so far as it

relates to the following section of carriageway: -

Burtonwood Road - From its junction with Kingswood Road to its junction with Lockheed Road (including the circulatory carriageway of the M62 Junction 8).

The Order will be effective from Monday 5th February 2018 for 18 months when signed on site.

The alternative route for Burtonwood Road (northbound traffic) will be via Westbrook Way, Westbrook Crescent, Europa Boulevard, Charon Way or via Whittle Avenue, Lingley Green Avenue, Omega Boulevard, Skyline Drive.

The alternative route for Burtonwood Road (southbound traffic) will be via Skyline Drive, Omega Boulevard, Lingley Green Avenue, Whittle Avenue.

The alternative route for Kingswood Road will be via Kingswood Road, Westbrook Crescent, Europa Boulevard, Charon Way, Burtonwood Road and vice versa.

The restrictions are required to facilitate proposed carriageway widening and highway improvement works. DATED 11th January 2018

TRANS PENNINE TRAIL. FIDDLERS FERRY (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WALKING AND CYCLING) ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of walking and cycling on The Trans Pennine Trail Cycle Track, Fiddlers Ferry, from its junction with Penketh Footpath No. 5 immediately west of the grounds of the Ferry Tavern to its junction with Penketh Footpath No. 5 immediately east of the grounds of the Ferry Tavern, will be closed to pedestrians and cyclists.

The Order will be effective from Thursday 11th January 2018 for 6 months as and when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works, however access to properties within the area will be maintained.

The alternative route for cycling will be via Carter House Bridge, Tan House Lane, Moss Bank Road, Gorsey Lane, Bennett's Lane, Widnes Road, Warrington Road, Penketh Road, Old Liverpool Road, Barnard Street, Forrest Way and vice versa.

The alternative route for walking will be via Penketh Footpath No. 5 around the front of the Ferry Tavern.

The closure is required to allow for the investigation and appropriate remedial works following subsidence.

THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (A49 LYTHGOES LANE) (PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN) ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all motor vehicles proceeding in a south easterly direction along the A49 Lythgoes Lane from making a right turn (into the former K&N Filters site) from a point approximately 15 metres south east of Chorley Street (end of central reservation) in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 30 metres.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 10th January 2018 the Council made the abovementioned Order under Sections 1,4, 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling Powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows: -

1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows: -

(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the suspension of: -

Farnworth Road (South Side)

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

From its junction with Station Road for a distance of 14.5 metres, in a westerly direction.

(b) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of:-

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

Farnworth Road Between its junction with Station Road and the roundabout at Widnes Road. (South Side)

Farnworth Road From its junction with Stocks Lane for a distance of 25.2 metres, in a westerly direction. (North Side)

The Order will be effective from Thursday 18th January 2018 and will remain in force for a period not exceeding 18 months. The Council will be considering in due course, within the Experimental Order period, whether the provisions of the Experimental Order should continue in force indefinitely.

The Order will be effective from 8th February 2018 to 9th February 2018 and from 14th February 2018 to 21st February 2018

between the hours of 7pm and 6am, when signed on site.

The alternative route will be via Whittle Avenue, Liverpool Road and vice versa.

The closure is required to allow for the carriageway resurfacing works associated with the new entrance to the Great Sankey Leisure Centre to take place.

The Order will be effective from Monday 1 st February 2018 for 9 months when signed on site.

The alternative route will be via Whittle Avenue, Moran Drive, Santa Rosa Boulevard, Boston Boulevard, Sunset Boulevard, Burtonwood Road and vice versa.

The closure is required to facilitate construction works/operations associated with the Warrington West Station - southern platform construction.
