ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE BOLTON (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 022 KEARSLEY) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (N0.32) ORDER 2017
The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, which will be operative on the 11th December, 2017 which will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpath No.022 Kearsley commencing from a point off Europa Way at grid reference SD 375675 405126 In a generally southerly direction to point B at grid reference SD 375658 404900; as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1 Ker022 over a total distance of approximately 263 metres.
An alternative route will be available commencing from Public Footpath Kearsley 022; point A at grid reference SD 375675 405126, then Kearsley 030; Hulme Road; Kearsley 032; point B at grid reference SD 375658 404900 as shown by the blue line with arrowheads on the Order plan 1 Ker022
The closure is necessary to enable bridge painting works to be carried out which will last for a period of 1 month or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier

THE BOLTON (EGERTON AREA, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (N0.33) ORDER 2017
The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will be operative from 15th December 2017; its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads within the Egerton Area, Bolton. These comprise residential roads to the east of the A666 Blackburn Road (north of Darwen Road) up to and including Cox Green Road. This proposed order further includes Shorefield Mount, Delph Avenue and Dimple Road to the west of Blackburn Road.
The Bolton (Egerton Area, Bolton) (20 mph speed limit) (No.33) Order 2017, will now revoke The Greater Manchester County (Cox Green Road, Egerton) (Restricted Road) (County) Order 1975.
A copy of the Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours.
Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 8th December 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (HULTON MEADOWS/HULTON LANE, BOLTON) (AMENDMENT) (N0.35) ORDER 2017
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect, which will
be operative from 18th December, 2017 will be as follows:

Hulton Lane - east-side -from the intersection of the extended northerly kerb-line of Hulton Meadows for a distance of 35 metres in a northerly direction; Hulton Lane - east-side - from the intersection of the extended southerly kerb-line of Hulton Meadows to the intersection of the extended northerly kerb-line of Back Hulton Lane; Hulton Meadows - Both-sides - from the intersection of the extended easterly kerb-line of Hulton Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a easterly direction; Hulton Meadows - both-sides - from a point 45 metres east of the extended easterly kerb-line of Hulton Lane to the cul-de-sac end of Hulton Meadows;
