The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may be of public interest under the terms of Article 15(4) or (5) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and that the proposal affects a Public Right of Way and may be of public interest under the terms of Article 8 of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 2015
