THE WARBURTONS EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Warburtons Executive Retirement Benefits Scheme (the "Scheme") was established on 1 November 1978. The Scheme started to wind up on 1 May 2017. The Scheme transferred to the Warburtons Pension and Life Assurance Plan on 1 March 2017. Affected members of the Scheme were notified of this on 23 January 2017. Following the transfer, the Trustees now wish to wind up the Scheme. It is of vital importance that any person having a claim against, or an interest in the Scheme, who has not already received correspondence from the Trustees, should now make themselves known to the Trustees. Details of any claim or interest should be sent in writing to the Trustees at the address detailed below on or before 17 November 2017, after which date the Trustees will proceed with the wind up of the Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have been notified. Notification is not required from persons who have already received correspondence relating tothe transfer of the Scheme.
