NOTICE OF PROPOSAL (B5085 Knutsford Road, Mobberley) (Limited Waiting) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act.
1. The effect of the proposed Order will be to;
i) introduce limited waiting for motor vehicles between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday with waiting limited to 2 hours and no return within 2 hours on the following lengths of road:-B5085 Knutsford Road, Mobberley - From a point 49 metres south west of the unnamed access road leading to Dukenfield Hall for a distance of 105 metres in a south westerly direction. The restriction will apply to the entire width of the layby.
