Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has received planning applications for the following developments:

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
10/17/0560: Blackburn Mill, Livesey Branch Road, Blackburn. Variation of Condition/Minor Material Amendment Application for Variation of Condition Nos 14 and 16 pursuant to planning application 10/15/0496 to include reference to the flood risk assessment addendum prepared by Edenvale Young dated April 2017.
