NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Marsh Lane, Rostherne
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, lay new sewer Prohibition of traffic-Marsh Lane, Rostherne
From the junction with Rostherne Lane to the junction with Birkinheath Lane
The alternative route will be via Rostherne Lane, Ashley Road, Birkinheath and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route. The closures will be in place for 24 hours a day
This order will come into operation on 11th April 2017 and will continue
in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete
the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that
the works will be completed by 12th June 2017.
