The Council has received a Outline Planning Application and is required to give notice of it under the terms of Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015. The reason for this notice is that an Environmental Statement accompanies the application, the application proposes a major development and the application proposes a development which would be contrary to the provisions of the development plan
Should you wish to inspect the application, plans, the environmental statement, and other documents submitted you may do so at the following location: St Helens Council, Town Planning, Town Hall, Victoria Square, 0900 - 1700 Monday - Friday, or alternatively you can access the Council website ( Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from: Mr Andrew Bickerdike 1 New York Street, Manchester, M1 4HD Please note that no appointment is necessary to view the submitted plans, however if you wish to discuss the proposal with the Case Officer please telephone to make an appointment. Anyone who wishes to make representations should write to the Council at St Helens Council, Town Planning, Town Hall, Victoria Square, WA10 1HP or using the public access facility on the Council's website within 21 days , quoting the application number. If you decide to submit comments no acknowledgement will be sent. You should be aware that by law any comments received by the Council are open to public inspection and may be referred to in meetings open to the public. Also, any correspondence you do submit regarding this proposal will be displayed on the Council website.
