West Berkshire District Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2) and 4(2), 19, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended and under the Traffic ManagementAct 2004 as amended and all other enabling powers, the effect of which is to amend the
WEST BERKSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF
WAITING AND LOADING, PARKING PLACES AND RESIDENTS' PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 ("The Principal Order") to the extent as set out below. In all other respects the Principal Order remains in force. The Order amends and revises as follows:-
PLANS: The Order will amend Schedule 2 to the Consolidation Order 2009 by the addition of the following Plans: BA75, BA76 and BY40
The Order will amend Schedule 2 to the Consolidation Order 2009 by the revision of the following Plans: AS73, AT72, AT73, AU73, AV74, AV75, AW74, AW75, AX74, AX76, AX77, AZ75, AZ76, BK19, BS36, BT37, BT38, BW51, BX48, BY38, BY39, BY41, BY42, BY48 & BY49 REVOCATIONS
This Order will revoke the following Order ONLY insofar as it relates to the changes indicated in the Plan Schedule to this Order: West Berkshire District Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading, Parking and Residents' Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2009
The Order was made on 6 March 2017 and will come into operation on 10 March 2017. Copies of the Order, partially revoked Order, statement of reasons and relevant map may be inspected during the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays at the offices of West Berkshire District Council (at main reception on the Ground floor) Council Offices Market Street Newbury RG14 5LD for a period of six weeks from the date of this Notice.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the 9 March 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
