I give notice that MERJE Limited is applying to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for planning permission for:
Proposed development at site at Bank Street, Whitefield, Bury, M45 7JF. I give notice that MERJE Limited is applying to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for planning permission for:
"Demolition of existing buildings on the site and the erection of a two storey office (Class B1) building and associated car parking, works of hard and soft landscaping and other associated works." Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Planning Department, Bury Metropolitan Borough Council, Strategic Planning and Economic Development, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 0EJ within 21 days of this notice. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
