2010 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed development at: Electrolux Site, Vyners Close, Spennymoor, DL16 7XL. I give notice that Electrolux is applying to the Durham County Council for planning permission for the erection of 425 houses and commercial uses. Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Durham County Council, (Strategic Planning Team), County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UQ by 27 August 2012 * “owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
