For planning permission to: Erection of Later Living retirement housing (category 11 type accomodation ), communal facilities, landscaping and car parking to York City Council, Development Management, York City Council, West Offices, Station Rise, York. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of this notice. Signatory: Mr Chris Butt. Dated 17/09/2013.
