NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION


Notice is hereby given of a planning application for the variation to condition 4 of planning permission 21/02397/COMIND at The Weirside Green Lane Burghfield Reading West Berkshire RG30 3XN.
A copy of the application documents, including a site plan of the land affected, may be inspected at West Berkshire Council Council Offices Market Street Newbury RG14 5LD and online at www.westberks.gov.uk.
Any owner or tenant of the land affected who wishes to make representations must be send representations to West Berkshire Council Council Offices Market Street Newbury RG14 5LD within 21 days of the publication of this advertisement. Statement of the owner's rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect the owner's rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. Statement of agricultural tenant's rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
