BABCOCK NAVAL SERVICES PENSION SCHEME PENSION SCHEME NOTICE FOR MISSING BENEFICIARIES This notice is addressed to former employees of Babcock Marine (Clyde) Limited previously eligible to join the Babcock Naval Services Pension Scheme (the "Scheme"). No further action is required if you have already received communication from the Trustee regarding the winding-up of the Scheme. Any former employees of Babcock Marine (Clyde) Limited, a person who believes themselves to be a beneficiary of the Scheme as the spouse or dependant of a deceased member of the Scheme, or any other person who has not received written communication regarding the winding up of the Scheme and who has, or may have, any claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest to the Trustee by contacting the Scheme Administrator at Pensions Department, Babcock International Group, Rosyth Business Park, Rosyth, Dunfermline, Fife KY11 2YD or alternatively by email at

. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. Claimants will be asked to provide their full name, present address, date of birth, national insurance number, the period during which they (or the person through whom their claim has arisen) worked for Babcock Marine (Clyde) Limited and any documents supporting their claim.
After the 2 month period, the Trustee may distribute the assets of the Scheme and will not be liable in respect of any persons whose claims have not been notified to it.
