NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENTS
Conservation Area
Application No: 2022/40937 Proposal: Proposed Single storey rear extension, Garage conversion/extension and internal remodelling. Location: 19, Stonyhurst Crescent, Culcheth and Glazebury, Warrington, WA3 4DN Applicant: Anna Simpson
The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Application for Listed Building Consent
Application No.: 2022/40908 Application Type: Listed Building Consent Proposal: Internal refurbishment including new flooring, decoration & cladding to Trade Area. Full refurbishment to Ladies WC. Existing Bar position to be adapted with walls removed to improve backfitting & Kitchen area with new Kitchen In & Out doors. New glasswash area formed with partition stud wall & new single door. Existing Store room to back of house kitchen to be demolished & all areas made good to create larger open plan kitchen & potwash area. Internal side Lobby to be infilled to allow for new Feature Display within Trade Area. Location: 27, Horsemarket Street, Bewsey and Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 1TS Applicant: Rebecca Brooks, DV8 Designs
The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it as required by section 5 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 (as amended).
