THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (EMERGENCY ACCESS ROAD FOOPATH/SPRING VALE DRIVE, TOTTINGTON) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along:-

Emergency access road footpath between Market Street and Spring Vale Drive -Temporary Closure
The reason the proposed order is in place to enable works to gas main in carriageway.
Diversion route is not applicable.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 24-01-2022 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month, (Anticipated duration of works - 2 weeks) Dated 13 January 2022
