WEST BERKSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL
(FOOTPATH BURG/15/3, BURGHFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2021
The Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any use of the following footpath, namely Footpath BURG/15/3 between Its junction with Footpath BURG/24/5 and Its junction with Field Farm Road.
The alternative route for all pedestrians affected by the Order is via Footpaths BURG/24/6, BURG/14/1, Field Farm Road, and vice versa. The purpose of this Order is to enable works to take place on or near the footpath, namely for resurfacing works to be carried out.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 29th December 2021 it is envisaged that the closure will be in place between 10th January and 18th February 2022. The Order shall remain in force for a period of six months or until the works are complete, whichever is the soonest.
