Notice of the making of a Definitive Map Modification Order, North Yorkshire County Council, Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, Public Bridleways No.s 10.19/28 & 10.110/43, Scot Pit Lane, Brompton & Northallerton, Modification Order 2021 The above Order, made on 21/05/2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map & Statement for the area by adding Public Bridleways No.s 10.19/28 & 10.110/43. The paths commence on the A167 at SE 3593 9736 & run generally north east along Scot Pit Lane for approximately 850 metres to the junction with Brompton Road at SE 3665 9770. A copy of the order as made & the Order Map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Main Reception, County Hall, Racecourse Lane, Northallerton, DL7 8AD, North Yorkshire until 16/07/21. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to Sarah Blakemore, Definitive Map Officer, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD, no later than 16/07/21 stating the grounds on which it is made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential & may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State or part of it if the Authority has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 may itself confirm the Order or that part of the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, in whole or in part, any representations or objections which have been duly made & not withdrawn will be sent with it.
