THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BEECHWOOD ROAD AND PARK ROAD, PRESTWICH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-
NO WAITING AT ANY TIME -
Park Rd, Prestwich - Westerly side, from the southerly kerbline of Sheepfoot Lane for a distance of 15 m in a southerly direction
Park Rd, Prestwich - Easterly side, from the southerly kerbline of Sheepfoot Lane for a distance of 10 m in a southerly direction
Beechwood Rd, Prestwich - Westerly side, from the southerly kerbline of Sheepfoot Lane for a distance of 43 m in a southerly direction
Beechwood Rd, Prestwich - Easterly side, from the southerly kerbline of Sheepfoot Lane for a distance of 15 m in a southerly direction Reference No. TM2/21/501
Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) with plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders. Copies of these may be requested by email (due to Covidl9 changes to standard procedures) by emailing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-
NO WAITING AT ANY TIME
Un-named Access Rd Leading to Rose Court Nursing Home, Radcliffe (off Water St) - both sides from the northerly kerbline of Water St for the remainder of the adopted highway in a northerly direction (approx. 14m) Reference No. TM2/21/492 Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) with plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders. Copies of these may be requested by email (due to Covidl9 changes to standard procedures) by emailing
