LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE is hereby given that I,Lucky Bee Gin Ltd Applied on 10/03/2021for a New Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: 3. Victoria Road, Timperley, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 6PP under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: (List licensable activities including days and timings) Operating a delivery service only between the hours of 3pm and 9pm. No collections will be authorised. Nobody will be allowed to purchase Alcohol and collect from our premises. Deliveries will only be conducted by the distillers and Royal Mail. Deliveries will only take place 6 days a week. Sunday will be a non-working day. All deliveries will be conducted in a professional manner abiding by the rules of Personal and Premise license conditions. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
